Jan started her early career in industry and later commerce, employed in a variety or administrative and sales roles. She eventually became an Area Sales Manager running three teams of direct sales consultants. She learnt first-hand about pressure at work due to budget restrictions, dead-lines, sales targets and all the other stressors involved in a busy work environment.

Jan made a complete career change and took a BSc (Hons) Degree course in Herbal Medicine at the University of Lincoln because she wanted to make a difference to people’s health and wellbeing. She opened Earth Energies Complementary Medicine & Therapies Clinic in 2006 and now has a team of highly qualified and experienced practitioners and therapists.  She went on to do further training in nutrition and stress management and is currently studying Advanced Corporate Stress Management.
