Corporate Stress Management PackagesWaite & Cassells Limited offer a varying range of packages and services, which your company can choose from. In the first instance, Jan Cassells would be available to come into your Company, learn a little bit about what you do, your workforce and the challenges that they might have to meet on a daily or weekly basis. She will also be looking at such things as working environment, canteen and other facilities. She will discuss with you what the Company expectations and requirements are and of course, budget. From this information, Jan will draw up a preliminary report and offer suggestions on the type of package that could be tailor-made for your Company, together with costs. She may also recommend changes that you could make yourself. STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING WORKSHOPSAgain our Stress Management Training Workshops are designed to your specific requirements and expectations and can cover a half day or a full day. The training can also be given on site or off-site at a suitable location and will usually be for a maximum of twenty people. COMPLEMENTARY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICEEmployees could be sent to the clinic to have an in-depth consultation and tests for the effects of stress and to determine exactly what the contributory factors are. These may be a combination of work stress / poor nutrition / unhealthy lifestyle choices / domestic or financial problems and other illnesses not caused by stress, but which may be contributing to their overall health. Your employees will be encouraged to talk in confidence and these confidences will not be disclosed without their permission. Advice will also be given to the employee on how to combat problems and stress encountered outside of work. A choice of at least two treatment plans will then be submitted to you in order for you to choose the most appropriate for that employee in terms of budget, time restrictions and other considerations. Treatment may be recommended for physical, mental or emotional problems as required. We usually find that when an employee comes off site for a health check, they are more willing to discuss their problem and this can be invaluable at reaching a speedy solution. Research shows increasingly that individuals are responding better to Complementary Medicine treatments for stress-related illness, rather than conventional treatments. Drugs such as anti-depressants, sleeping tablets, anti-anxiety tablets, statins, proton-pump inhibitors and even anti-biotics if they have to be repeated too often, will have an effect on the functional ability of your employee. A single therapist can perform a number of treatments throughout the day – a TEAM of therapists can perform a LARGE number of treatments in a day. Again the type of therapist/therapies that you might require can be matched to your requirements – however, although we would provide our own equipment, we would need a suitable room/s to work from.
VOUCHER SCHEMEWe can issue vouchers for you to distribute to your employees. These may be used as incentives for meeting targets, six months without sick-leave, outstanding achievements, Christmas gifts, etc. They can be for any value and can be used at the clinic, or on-site if you arrange an on-site De-Stress & Relaxation day. You will be surprised at the level of loyalty and wellbeing this will create. The recipient can choose to add their own money to the voucher and choose to have a longer or more expensive treatment. |
